The “Bachathon” is a fund raiser for the Goodlin Scholarships, sponsored by the Music Teachers Association of California, San Diego Branch. Students, adults, and professionals are invited to prepare
and perform Bach repertoire for performance recitals

Awards will be handed out for those who gain the most sponsors or pledges.

Bachathon is celebrating the music of J.S. Bach and the Bach family, and raising funds for the Goodlin Music Scholarships.
This magical event is sponsored by the San Diego Branch of the Music Teachers Association of California

You can assist this worthy cause with a tax-deductible pledge, for a fixed amount per piece I perform, or by making a blanket
donation. This will be a great day for Bach, including musicians of all ages and supporting excellence in music performance
in San Diego. Your sponsorship will be greatly appreciated!

The H.B. Goodlin Foundation annually awards scholarships to young musicians of San Diego County. Each year over sixty
junior and senior high school students audition for the prestigious awards. Administered by the Music Teachers' Association
of California, San Diego Branch, the amounts of the scholarships are based upon the interest from the principal. The San
Diego Foundation provides financial management for the H.B. Goodlin Foundation.
