MTAC POPULAR (NON CLASSICAL) MUSIC FESTIVAL

LOCATION: Grossmont College

DATES: Saturday, November 17, and Sunday, November 18, 2012

ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, October 31, 2012

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION:

Each student is allowed one piece only, with a suggested three-minute time limit.

The music need not be memorized. If the music is not memorized, the student must bring a separate score for the evaluator. No photocopies are allowed. If an e-copy is used, a printed copy of the receipt must be included.

FEE: $25 per entry. If a duo applies, each member of the duo must pay the entrance fee.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

Register students online at sandiegomtac.com, using Login on the navigation bar.

Teachers who are not members of MTAC may enter their students in this festival. Teachers may enter 20 students only.

Send one check for total amount. Check must be from the teacher’s account.

Make check payable to MTAC San Diego and mail, along with the master list printout of students entered.
